ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-08-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 31.03.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in Complaint Case No. 2119 of 2009 (Tr. No. 1739 of 2010).

Since the order of cognizance was passed wayback in the year 2011 and the Petitioners have filed to set aside this order that the case is still pending, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application is dismissed.
