The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28268 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-563 of 2014, Trial No. 7653 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the learned court below within a period of four weeks but due to illness of the petitioner he could not surrender in the learned court below within the stipulated period.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2226 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 court below is extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. The order dated 30.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28268 of 2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
