ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-04-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 21.09.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Criminal Appeal No. 80 of 2013, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 02.11.2013 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 122 of 2013 (Tr. No. 3665 of 2013, G.R. No. 823 of 2013), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Sections 25(1-B) A and 26(1) of the Arms Act. Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference.

However, considering that the Petitioner has remained in custody for about four months, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by him. With the aforesaid observations, the application stands dismissed.
