Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both sides are agnates. There is property dispute between the parties. During occurrence of assault, allegedly, committed by the 13 named accused persons, the specific allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with lathi and farsa at the head of the injures. The allegation of commission of arson is against other named persons. Petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2017. Investigation is already complete. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62772 of 2017 (6) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Paharpur Police Station Case No. 205 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
