JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 773 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 393 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a concocted case has been prepared against the petitioners and they being sought to be arrested, although in any manner involved in the case.

Robbery is being sought to be committed and a person was injured, in the instance the assailants were unidentified and only one person was arrested from whom under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53320 of 2021(2) dt.18-02-2022 2/2 interrogation the name of the petitioners have come into picture, it is necessary that the petitioners would be required for custodial interrogation and also for recovery, if any. In view thereof, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application is dismissed.
