The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28811 of 2016 to the extent that the father's name of the petitioner has been recorded as Late Bhagwan Jha instead of Late Madan Jha.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the Vakalatnama as well as in the main petition. Though a fresh Vakalatnama with correct father's name of the petitioner is being filed. In the circumstances, the order dated 27.07.2016 is modified to the extent that the father's name of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41344 of 2016 (3) dt.16-11-2016 Late Bhagwan Jha be read as Late Madan Jha.

Let, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks and the period of provisional bail is extended till 28th of December, 2016.

Rest condition of the order dated 27.07.2016 will remain the same.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
