1. The petitioner has filed the petition stating that the respondents be directed to take a decision for granting permanent recognition in the light of the inspection report dated 03.06.2019.
2. Learned counsel submits that within six months the respondents are obliged to take a decision on the inspection report but no decision has been taken.
3. In the opinion of this Court, merely because an inspection report may be in favour of the petitioner, would not create a right for seeking a direction to the respondents to grant
Patna High Court CWJC No.11512 of 2022(2) dt.14-10-2022 2/2 permanent recognition to the petitioner's institution. The petitioner as on today does not have any decision either against him or in his favour. Thus, there is no cause of action which can be said to have been arisen for preferring present writ petition.
4. The writ petition is therefore dismissed for want of cause of action.
