Patna High Court CWJC No.7237 of 2015 dt.09-08-2016 2/3 the petitioner, learned Government Pleader No. 18, appearing on behalf of the respondents-State of Bihar, and learned counsel, appearing on behalf of respondent No. 10, the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

2. This writ application, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to pay the petitioner final Pension, Gratuity and other retirement benefits.

3. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has stated that the petitioner has received the amount of Gratuity and has started getting monthly Pension. He has, however, submitted that the amount of Leave Encashment has so far not been paid to him.

4. In compliance of this Court's order, dated 08.08.2016, the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Government of Bihar, Patna, is personally present in Court. He states that the amount of Leave Encashment, to the tune of Rs. 2,00,260/-, is also going to be paid to the petitioner very soon inasmuch as the bill to this effect has already been sent to the Treasury Officer, Lakhisarai.

5. Considering the submissions, as aforesaid, this writ application stands disposed of.

6. Personal appearance of the Director-in-Chief,
