Pursuant to order dated 11.03.2016, 4th supplementary

Patna High Court CWJC No.6987 of 2013 dt.28-03-2016 2/2 counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 and 3 bringing on record detailed calculation chart of the amount which has been paid to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.

However, if the petitioner finds any discrepancy or error in such calculation, he shall be at liberty to file a representation within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order before the respondent no. 3. If such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 3 shall look into it and pass a reasoned order within three weeks thereafter. If any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within the next three weeks.
