In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This Court has received the report dated 2.2.2021 from which it appears that the case has been committed to the court of District & sessions Judge, Lakhisarai on 29.6.2020. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected with a direction to the court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine
