2. In view of the fact that the petitioner being dependant of a government employee and entitled to family pension, but only till the age of 21 years being a girl, payments have been made beyond such period, the authorities have taken back the extra amount from her

Patna High Court CWJC No.16000 of 2015 dt.24-05-2017 2/2 bank account, the Court does nor feel inclined to interfere in the matter since no prejudice has been caused and she had not spent the money. Once she was not legally entitled to such payment, which is from the public exchequer, at least the Court would not intervene and issue any direction to make such payment to her.
