The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 registered under Sections 328,302/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that the deceased went to his Sasural by motor cycle of his brother due to which he was tortured by his own family hence he taken poison. There is no material in the case diary. Also similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this in Cr. Misc. No. 34218 of 2016 vide order dated 26.09.2016.

No.54590 of 2016 (5) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
