JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(A) For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the respondent authorities, to get the encroachment removed made by the respondents no.8 and 9 on public land appertaining to Khesra No.

243 (ka), (kha) and (ga) and Khesra No. 244, Old Plot No. 54 Area 1 Katha 12 Dhoors situated in ward No.6 near Jama Masjid

Patna High Court CWJC No.11486 of 2022(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 Maripur in the town and District Muzaffarpur over which the respondents no. 8 and 9 have wrongly and illegally making construction of building and business premises forcibly.

(B) For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to free the land from legal encroachment/ possession of the respondents no. 8 and 9 and allow the same to be used by general public particularly connected to the Jama Masjid Maripur as the said land was being utilised by the people of locality as Aam Rasta from long back."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
