JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467/468/471/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant claiming himself to be the registered general 'Power of Attorney' holder of one Sureshwar Prasad Singh but some of the land of the informant was transferred in favour of the petitioner by some other persons, namely, Pratap Singh and Prakash Singh.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is bona fide purchaser of the land, in question'. The petitioner purchased the land from Pratap Singh and Prakash Singh, who was the sons of original land holder of Sureshwar Prasad Singh and the sale deed was executed on 20.11.2013

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56702 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 whereas the present case has been lodged on 27.07.2015. Considering the delayed nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.500/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
