This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149,, 228, 323, 324, 326, 337, 338, 307, 395, 427, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 27, 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 3 of the Protection of Damage of Public Property Act.

It appears that having similar allegation co-accused, Ashok Yadav and eleven others have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 46563 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 40816 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Sarvesh Kumar Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
