2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Chandi Police Station Case No. 73 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 336, 337, 338, 326, 307, 302 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
4. As per the prosecution case altogether 14 persons have been named in the FIR who have assaulted the deceased and others with brick and fire arms.

5. In case of an indiscriminate firing none can be assigned specific role by the informant as it is very hard to see as to who shot the deceased.
6. In view of the fact that four persons have been injured and one person has died and multiple bullets have entered into the dead body of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioners is rejected herewith.
8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioners.
