The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No. 530 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 346, 323, 324, 307, 379, 325, 504, 384 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is enmity between the parties from before due to land dispute and the allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with the butt portion of katta causing simple injury to the informant. Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant also.
Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the accused persons have assaulted the wife of the informant and also snatched away a golden chain from the wife of the informant. However, all allegations are against all the accused persons.

No.48281 of 2016 (4) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the facts stated above, let the petitioner surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered keeping in view the fact that injuries found on the person of the informant are simple in nature and disposed of the bail application preferably on the same day the same is filed, without being prejudiced by this order.
With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
