Petitioner is accused in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 402 of 2018 registered under Sections 393, 353, 332, 333, 337, 307, 302, 216(A), 120(B) of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b) a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2018.
