2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted the shop of the informant and took away Rs. 15,000/- from the shop.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that sufficient materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45730 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 crime. Petitioner is also accused in a case of dacoity.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and the gravity of offence, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
