Case No. 79 of 2018 for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same occurrence two cases were registered by G.R.P. Chapra i.e. Chapra Rail P.S. case no. 78 of 2018 and Chapra Rail P.S. case no. 79 of 2018 and in Chapra Rail P.S. case no. 78 of 2018 the petitioner has already been granted bail and the present case (Chapra Rail P.S. case no. 79 of 2018) is the off-suit of the same transaction and as such the petitioner deserves for grant of bail.
