The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, it is a case of assault upon the informant and also snatching a golden chain of the informant by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. General and omnibus allegation has been made against them. No specific injury has

From perusal of the case diary that there is no injury report of a doctor to support the allegations made in the FIR. From perusal of Annexure-2, it is evident that the matter has been compromised between the parties. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
