The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhairavsthan P.S. Case No.118 of 2014, a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Avinash Kumar Das @ Guddu Das, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.25387 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61412 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Bhairavsthan Police Station Case No. 118 of 2014, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
