Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. The report of the learned Trial Judge would reveal that three prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Only the informant, Doctor and I.O. are yet to be examined. Considering the report of the learned Trial Judge, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Singhia Police Station Case No. 164 of 2016.

Hence, the prayer is refused Learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial
