2. The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354(B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner and other co-accused assaulted the informant side by various weapons and also tried to outrage modesty of the women and also snatched the golden jewellery.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this

He further submits that petitioner No.1 and petitioner No.2 assaulted the informant and his brother by iron rod and resulted head injury. He further submits that there injury caused by the informant is simple in nature. He further submits that petitioner have got no criminal antecedent, as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes for prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
