This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Karja P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the statements made paragraph no.8 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the S.D.P.O., Saraiya, Muzaffarpur, the statement made in paragraph no.10 of the bail petition is of no help to the petitioner.

This case is registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and during the investigation materials have come against the petitioner. Hence, in such a serious case,
