The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 341, 328 of the Indian Penal Code.
Basic accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that as per own admission of the informant, the victim herself consumed poison and only on suspicion accusation has been levelled. The bona fide of the petitioners got apparent from the fact that they were present in house when the informant reached there. The thrust of accusation is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56997 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 against husband of the victim.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Dandkhora P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
