The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No.74 of 2016, a case under Sections 302/201/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2016.

Allegation is of commission of murder of his wife. The petitioner in his confessional statement stated that he caught the neck of the wife during quarrel and she fell down and died. For the purpose of this bail, the material available on the record does not show a case of intentional death. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54250 of 2017 (6) dt.15-02-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
