JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Siwan Town (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 420 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 304B/34 the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is the Gotani of the deceased, petitioner no.2 is Bhaisur, petitioner no.3 is the sister of Gotani of the deceased and petitioner no.4 is the father-in-law of the deceased, aged about 70 years. She further submits that the husband of the deceased has already been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 27852 of 2017 on 14.07.2017.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners, named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71372 of 2018(4) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 420 of 2016.
