2. This is an application seeking restoration of L.P.A. No. 1393 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 02.03.2020.
3. Though the office has reported that many defects have still not been removed, but the learned counsel insists that all the defects have been removed.
4. In any view of the matter, if some defects have been left to be removed, those are ignored.
5. For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for restoring the case to its original file is allowed.
6. L.P.A. No. 1393 of 2018 is, hereby, restored to its original file.
