JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the nephew of the informant and others with knife causing injury. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and all injuries are found to be simple in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners,

Case No. 151 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
