JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been granted bail vide order dated 28.11.2000. After submission of charge sheet cognizance was taken and he was allowed to remain on previous bail but due to negligence of Pairvikar his bail bond was cancelled on 27.11.2010. However, on coming to know the same he surrendered on 25.8.2017. Counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner would be present on each and every date fixed by the court below. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance 1st, Patna in Special case no. 19 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62956 of 2017 (4) dt.17-02-2018 2000, Vigilance Police Station Case No. 15 of 2000 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner and (b) The petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
