Case No. 156 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 323, 341, 307, 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Police case has been lodged on the basis of complaint case with allegation that against the petitioner that he came inside the house of the informant for helping him out by providing a car to him and thereafter several accused persons entered inside the house of the informant and taken away several articles and they tried to outrage the modesty of wife of informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that dispute is going on between the parties as the petitioner has executed a Mahadama in favour of the complainant and in spite

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42197 of 2019(8) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 of that he was not giving the money and in order to pressurise upon the petitioner the present case has been lodged and he is in custody for 11 months and he is ready to co-operate in disposal of trial.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2017.
