Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 03.06.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17621 of 2016 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

For the reasons indicated in the modification application, the period of surrender granted under order dated 03.06.2016 is extended by further four weeks from today in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 31/16, pending in the court of Sri Manoj Kumar-V, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna.

Accordingly, the order dated 03.06.2016 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50439 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 Modification application is, accordingly, allowed.
