JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 11-03-2019 Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, learned counsel, at the very outset, submitted that because of the present stage of the case, he may be permitted to withdraw the application to file an appropriate application at the appropriate stage before the Court below itself where he would be in a position to put forward his defence and materials for consideration by the Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

4. If the petitioner, at the appropriate stage, files an appropriate petition, along with materials in support of his defence, the Court shall consider the same, in accordance with law
