Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018 registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code to which section 120B I.P.C. was added subsequently.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this court vide orders dated 16.03.2021, 28.01.2019 and 09.05.2019 as contained in Annexures- 3, 4 and 5. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II/Successor Court, Banka in connection with S.T. No. 407 of 2018 arising out of Suiya P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018.
