2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 553 of 2023, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, sister of the informant was murdered by her husband along with other family members due to some trivial matter in between them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that petitioner no. 1 is brother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is sister-in-law of the deceased and both of them are separate in mess and business from the deceased and her husband. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47024 of 2025(3) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 submitted that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. Specific allegation is against husband of the deceased The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 14.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61934 of 2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 553 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
