From the pleadings on record, it appears that now only an amount of Rs. 24,331/- on account of medical reimbursement is pending with the authorities, which has been forwarded by the Area Manager, Gaya of the Corporation to the General Manager, Patna for approval.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the General Manager, Patna of the Food Corporation of India that within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order he shall grant necessary approval as per the entitlement and thereafter the amount would be paid to the petitioner by the respondent no. 2 within the next two weeks.
