JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-08-2018 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed various representations for payment of salary which are annexure 2 series to the instant writ petition. The representations have been filed before the superintendent of police, Gopalganj. The same appears to have been filed in February, 2010.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the liberty was granted to the Superintendent of Police to take appropriate decision in the matter for grant of salary and other benefits to the petitioner under order dated 15.09.2009 bearing memo no. 1449 issued by the Inspector General of Police, Bhagalpur, the final

3. In view of such limited prayer made by the petitioner, without expressing any merits on the entitlement of the petitioner to salary for the period in which he has been terminated, this Court would dispose off the writ petition with direction to the respondent no. 4 to take a final decision on the representations of the petitioner and communicate to him by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
