2. Without going into merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has made the representation dated 22.03.2021 (Annexure-P/3 series) to the District Magistrate, Purnia i.e., respondent No. 3 ventilating his grievance, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law duly taking into consideration the notifications issued by Government of Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.11509 of 2022(5) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 dated 31.03.2016 (Annexure-P/1) and Government of India dated 22.05.2022 (Annexure-P/2). The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
