JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-10-2018 The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 02.12.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14659 of 2015 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties invites reference to the show cause, according to which the petitioner has been paid Rs. 5,81,422/- vide cheque no. 041094 dated 05.02.2016 and Rs. 7,93,292/- vide cheque no. 041094 dated 05.02.2016. It is

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the aforesaid payments have been made however without interest as provided in the judgment of this Court.

4. This Court is of the view that payments of the admitted amounts have been made to the petitioner and there is only marginal delay of about 18 days beyond the stipulated time for making payment and as such the direction of this Court has substantially been complied with and there is no willful disobedience by the opposite parties.
