JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the sister, brother, maternal aunt and uncle are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture and confining the informant in a room without food.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant and the petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
