JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.11415 of 2017, vide order dated 27.4.2017.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no progress in the case and, as such, he has again moved for bail.

In view of earlier order, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, let the case be committed to the court of sessions within a reasonable time and after commitment learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial. With the above observation, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
