The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No.231 of 2017, a case under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged with allegation that the petitioner and others had induced the minor daughter of the informant to go with them.

Submission is that the victim girl in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had love affairs with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61648 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 P2/ bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No.692 of 2017, arising out of Kotwali (Barari) Police Station Case No. 231 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
