====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by this Court vide order dated 23.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42033 of 2018.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that opposite party No. 2 after obtaining anticipatory bail by this Court is giving threat to petitioner and Amrawati Devi who is wife of the deceased, to withdraw the criminal case, otherwise, both will face bad consequences. He further submits that wife of the deceased has already filed informatory petition in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, narrating the whole facts along with the application filed before the Hon'ble Chief

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72388 of 2018(7) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 Justice of this Hon'ble Court.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party No. 2 stating therein that the entire allegations made in the petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail are absurd and vague and have no basis whatsoever. From the fact mentioned in the petition for cancellation of bail it appears that petitioner has already filed Informatory Petition for the alleged occurrence.

Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the instant application.

The application stands dismissed.
