Petitioner seeks bail in Inerwa P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Informant is the Mother of deceased who in her fardbeyan has stated that on 23.03.2017, at about 9:30 am, her three sons went to their cultivable land when some staffs from block office had come there for some enquiry and on hearing hullah she went there and saw Inesh Giri, Bhupeshwar Giri and Chandra Giri @ Babu Bhaia (petitioner) were abusing and assaulting her sons and there is specific allegation against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67947 of 2018(10) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 Chandra Giri @ Babu Bhaia (petitioner) of firing from his Gun upon his son Amresh who was fleeing and got seriously injured by fire-arm and was declared brought dead in Hospital. It has been submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the informant that 9 witnesses have been examined till now and on 01.05.2019, informant of the case Most., Nirmala Devi has also been examined and trial court has fixed the case on 02.05.2019 for examination of the remaining witnesses. The trial is on verge of completion and it has been submitted that all the witnesses examined have supported the prosecution case, as such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected.
