2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No.561/2022 dated 06.09.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 409/34 IPC, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44234 of 2023(3) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law after satisfying that the work has already been completed by the petitioner and after production of a certificate in this regard.
