Sinha Committee, the Apex Court accepted the report and following that decision of the Apex Court the University issued notification in favour of the petitioner and others, the Court in the facts and circumstances of the case is not inclined to interfere with the notification, as any grievance with regard to payment of dues on account of absorption is concerned, the

Patna High Court CWJC No. 13974 of 2019(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 petitioner is at liberty to raise his grievance before the University and the University is directed to take appropriate decision with regard to monetary claim of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
