2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.813 of 2024 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109 and 61(2) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the court of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur.

3. After some argument, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn this case.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner that if he
