ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-02-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 13.9.2011 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hazipur in connection with Complaint case No.420C of 2011 on the ground that the matter has been compromised as is evident from Annexure 4 filed by way of a Supplementary Affidavit. On the last occasion, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No.2 but none appears on her behalf presumably because she has no interest in the matter.

Accepting the documents filed herein, the application is allowed and the proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 13.9.2011 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hazipur

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40012 of 2012 dt.01-02-2016 2/2 in connection with Complaint case No.420C of 2011 is hereby set aside.
