The appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika at the concerned centre was challenged by the private-respondent no. 7 before the District Programme Officer, who thought it fit to set aside the appointment of the petitioner. The petitioner thereafter appealed vide Appeal No. 45 of 2017 against the aforesaid order before the Collector but before the appeal could be disposed off, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13763 of 2019(4) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 guidelines of 2019 came into existence. As such, the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur has been transmitted to the Divisional Commissioner, Muzaffarpur.

This Court directs that the appeal preferred by the petitioner and which has been transmitted to Divisional Commissioner, Muzaffarpur be disposed off as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of a copy of this order. Needless to state that no order shall be passed by the concerned respondent, without affording reasonable opportunities to the parties to explain their cause. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
